This estate is situated in a magnificent region in western Hungary, in Badacsony, north of Lake Balaton.
The project is led by two winemakers: Róbert Gilvesy, who grew up on a farm in Canada where he developed his love for the land, and Márton Ruppert, who grew up in the Badacsony region.
They offer us exciting Hungarian whites that are sure to surprise you with their incredible freshness.
This wine comes from the Váradi vineyard on Szent György-hegy, an extinct volcano, north of Lake Balaton.
The Fürmint was spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged on fine lees for 9 months (in stainless steel tanks, finishing in 500-litre Hungarian oak barrels).
Tasting notes:
The nose is fresh and elegant, characterised by aromas of ripe apple, citrus and white flowers, accompanied by a lovely mineral touch.
On the palate, the wine is dry, lively and taut, with precise acidity, balanced body and a fresh, slightly salty finish.
Food and wine pairing:
Roasted pike-perch with lemon butter, served with oven-roasted golden baby potatoes;
the freshness and minerality of the Furmint bring balance and structure to the dish.

A delicate raspberry note with a smoky touch for this Grenache plot planted on schist. The palate is well balanced between the fruit and a semi-powerful structure.
A pure, balanced and seductive wine. A modern and frank Ribera del Duero wine.
A volcano wine with an intense red color. Expressive nose dominated by red fruits and pretty peppery notes. Gourmet and light palate.
